Arlebury Park

The Chairman explained that the meeting had been called in order to pass the following enabling resolutions

 

 Resolution:  To employ the D.L & S to establish the extent of the  

 Arelbury Park Sports and Social Club’s liabilities.

Proposed Cllr. Yeldham  Seconded Cll. Phillips (AGREED)

An estimated cost of £200 was quoted

 Resolution:  To take over both the club’s liabilities and assets provided this does not involve cash payments in excess of the start up budget of £10k identified in the ARC Business Plan and also providing Greene King writes of their current libility

Proposed Cllr.  B Jeffs   Seconded Cllr. Power  (AGREED).

Exact figure to be quantified but in general, not including Greene King, consists of the NATC debt, Floor coverings, curtains, furniture.

Resolution: To trade under the Club’s license, if there are no legal obstacles, until the NATC license and a personal license holder is obtained..  (RESOLUTION INVALID)

An investigation revealed that it would be invalid to pursue this resolution.
