Tennis: Pavilion. Email up date received from RMcP The plans had to be altered to meet fire regulations: windows have been added to the changing rooms which will also serve as fire exits.

In addition: a gable has been added to the middle of the roof structure facing the courts. Stewart Forrester is now working on submitting a planning application based on the revised plans

RG advised NATC had agreed the water/sewerage supply but not electrical supply.

Proposal: Electrical supply to be run off tennis floodlights via floodlight meter.

Proposed: Cllr B Jeffs Seconded: K Yeldham (Agreed)

RG referred to 2nd part R McP email – Proposal to reinstate shrub landscaping abutting Tennis Court

The Tennis Club would be very happy for some short ornamental trees/shrubs (but please avoid anything with long roots which could damage the courts) to be planted on the East side of the courts ie between the courts and the large work shed. We are not keen on planting anything on the West side (between the car park and the tennis courts) as this would be detrimental to our future plans for 1 or 2 additional courts on that side.

Proposal: To use the ground for car park rather than tennis courts no commitment had been made by NATC to add tennis courts. Clerk to speak RMCP

Proposed: Cllr R Gentry Seconded: Cllr M Power (Agreed)

Resolution to reinstate shrub landscaping abutting tennis court
