Football - TI stated Football to be on Sat, Tues and the odd Wed
evening. Advised continue problems with dogs fouling. Signs are up but not
working. Reported to police issue of glass and broken bottles on Saturday and
Sunday , Car registration numbers passed to police.
BJ suggested dogs on leads policy. MP asked why no patrols from the WCC Civil

to arrange meeting with new Police Sergeant to highlight glass problems Clerk to

bar signage to be erected to notify public and leaflets to be put on existing cars

CPO Update It was reported that the CPO went to cabinet in December. Resolution: To renew the change of use of planning application for
field adjacent to Proposed: Cllr Middleton Seconded:
Cllr Power Agreed Tennis: Pavilion. Email up date received
from RMcP The plans had to be altered to meet fire
regulations: windows have been added to the changing rooms which will also
serve as fire exits. In addition: a gable has been added
to the middle of the roof structure facing the courts. Stewart Forrester is
now working on submitting a planning application based on the revised plans RG advised NATC had agreed the
water/sewerage supply but not electrical supply. Proposal: Electrical supply to be
run off tennis floodlights via floodlight meter. Proposed: Cllr B Jeffs Seconded: K Yeldham (Agreed) RG
referred to 2nd part R McP email Proposal to
reinstate shrub landscaping abutting The
Tennis Club would be very happy for some short ornamental trees/shrubs (but
please avoid anything with long roots which could damage the courts) to be
planted on the East side of the courts ie between
the courts and the large work shed. We are not keen on planting anything on
the West side (between the car park and the tennis courts) as this would be
detrimental to our future plans for 1 or 2 additional courts on that side. Proposal: To use the ground for
car park rather than tennis courts no commitment had been made by NATC to add
